Chef TK owner and chef of Lemongrass Express Waikoloa, Tk Noodle House Kona, Gal Bi 808 , Tk Shabu Shabu house Kona, Thep Thai Cuisine has been serving Asian inspired cuisine since March 2011 . He infused many flavors and spices from the Pacific and within our Islands. He use local ingredients and products whenever possible. His goal is to give each guest the best experience when dining with his restaurants  .

Our style is fresh and fast.  With simple preparation and very rustic plating.  We offer fresh noodle and gluten free.  Anything you find on our menu you will be able to make it at home.  Almost of the ingredients are sold at our pantry. We offer mild to very spicy dishes, Vegetarian dishes, gluten free dishes as well and other special diet.
